To complete your order, please fill out the order form at the bottom of the page regarding players numbers and logo design after checking out. Once the form is submitted, we will send an email, to the email provided, with a digital mock up of the selected uniform with the design that will be printed for approval. Please have your order number ready when filling out form (given after check out on Paypal page).
