1. Print your design in color onto DTF transfer film.
2. Print a white ink layer on top of the color layer (this is typically done as a final pass by the DTF printer). Ensure your RIP software is configured correctly for this process.
3. Apply hot melt adhesive powder evenly to the wet ink.
4. Shake off any excess powder.
5. Melt the adhesive powder using a heat press or curing oven according to the powder manufacturer's instructions.
6. Pre-press your garment for a few seconds to remove moisture.
7. Position the DTF transfer film with the printed design onto the garment.
8. Heat press according to our recommended settings (temperature and time).
9. Allow the transfer to cool slightly (for cold peel films) or peel immediately while hot (for hot peel films) as per the film instructions.
10. Post-press the garment for a few seconds with a protective sheet (parchment paper or Teflon sheet) to enhance durability and feel.
