1. Ensure your DTF printer is properly set up and calibrated.
2. Load our premium yellow DTF ink into the designated ink tank or cartridge.
3. Create your design using your preferred graphic design software.
4. Utilize your RIP software to manage color profiles and printing parameters.
5. Print your design onto DTF transfer film. For dark garments, remember to print a white underbase first.
6. Apply hot melt adhesive powder evenly to the printed ink.
7. Remove any excess powder.
8. Melt the adhesive powder using a heat press or curing oven according to the powder manufacturer's instructions.
9. Pre-press your garment to remove moisture.
10. Position the heat-transferred design onto the garment.
11. Heat press according to our recommended settings (temperature and time).
12. Peel the transfer film according to the film's instructions (hot or cold peel).
13. Post-press the garment with a protective sheet for enhanced durability and a softer feel.
